Work that keeps production moving
We hire people who understand that a chiller issue can stop a line, affect product quality and create costly delays. Our work is practical, hands-on and built around reliable service for factories, workshops and processing plants that depend on stable temperatures every day.
From installation and commissioning through to breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance, each role has a direct impact on uptime. You may be working on lasers, mould cooling, pump systems, water treatment checks or control panels, often in hot plant rooms, dusty spaces or coastal conditions where corrosion becomes a concern.
Who we look for
We are interested in people who can work carefully, communicate clearly and handle pressure without cutting corners. Experience in refrigeration, electrical work, pipework, service coordination or technical sales is useful, but attitude and reliability matter just as much.
- Technicians with chiller, refrigeration or pump experience
- Service people who can fault-find on site and report accurately
- Project and operations support staff who keep jobs moving
- Workshop personnel who can maintain parts and prepare units
- Customer support team members who are organised and calm under pressure
Typical roles we recruit for
Depending on business needs, we may recruit for field service, workshop, technical sales, project coordination, customer support and operations. Some roles are site-based and involve travel between Alberton, Germiston, Boksburg and greater Gauteng, while others support customers further afield in Durban, Cape Town, Pretoria and Rustenburg.
Our team often works around production schedules, planned shutdowns and load-shedding windows, so flexibility is important. On some jobs, a technician may need to work early starts, coordinate access with site supervisors, or return after hours to complete commissioning or repairs.
What the day-to-day looks like
There is no one fixed pattern, but most of our people share the same focus: get the system working properly and leave the site in better condition than we found it. That can mean testing temperatures, checking flow rates, cleaning strainers, replacing worn components or setting up temporary cooling during a breakdown.
- Travelling to industrial sites and working to safety rules
- Recording readings, parts used and job notes properly
- Working with operators, production teams and maintenance staff
- Keeping tools, vehicles and workshop areas in good order
- Learning new systems and following site specific procedures
Training, mentoring and career growth
We value steady growth and practical knowledge. New team members are supported by experienced staff, including our senior service technician, workshop supervisor and technical sales engineer, so they can build confidence in the field and understand how our systems are used in real South African conditions.
That means learning how to handle water quality issues, identify weak points in pipework, understand control settings and recognise the signs of poor cooling before a breakdown happens. Good work is noticed here, and people who take responsibility tend to grow with the business.
